Requirement

Understanding Your Needs

Every trade engagement begins with a clear understanding of the buyer's requirement. We need to know what you are looking for, the specifications, the quantity, the destination, and any specific quality or compliance requirements.

Buyers can submit their requirements through our quote request form, by email, or via WhatsApp. The more detail provided at this stage, the faster and more accurately we can respond.

What we need from you:
  • Product name and specifications
  • Required quantity and packaging
  • Destination country and port
  • Target timeline and Incoterms preference
02

Product & Source Review

Evaluating Feasibility & Sourcing

The relevant Group company evaluates whether the product can be sourced as per the stated requirements. This includes reviewing available origins, current market conditions, quality parameters, seasonal availability and logistics feasibility.

Our multi-country presence in India, Guinea, Senegal and Dubai allows us to assess sourcing from multiple origins and trade routes, giving buyers access to competitive options.

What we evaluate:
  • Product availability and origin options
  • Quality parameters and grading standards
  • Seasonal and market conditions
  • Logistics routes and feasibility
03

Commercial Discussion

Pricing, Terms & Alignment

Once feasibility is confirmed, we move to commercial discussions. This stage covers pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, quality specifications, packaging requirements, and any certifications or documentation needed for the destination market.

Our approach at this stage is transparent and collaborative. We aim for commercial terms that work for both parties and support a sustainable, long-term trading relationship.

Discussion points:
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.)
  • Quality specifications and certificates
  • Packaging, labelling and compliance
04

Documentation & Coordination

Commercial & Regulatory Paperwork

International trade requires careful documentation. We coordinate the preparation and processing of all necessary commercial, shipping and regulatory documents according to the agreed structure and the requirements of both origin and destination countries.

This includes proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, bills of lading, and any other documentation required by the buyer or regulatory authorities.

Documentation covered:
  • Commercial invoices and contracts
  • Certificates of origin and quality
  • Phytosanitary and health certificates
  • Bills of lading and shipping documents
05

Logistics

Shipment & Delivery

Shipment and delivery arrangements are handled according to the agreed Incoterms and conditions. We coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of goods.

Our presence in Dubai provides access to one of the world's most efficient logistics hubs, while our West African operations enable direct coordination at origin ports. Buyers are kept informed throughout the shipping process.

Logistics coordination:
  • Booking and container management
  • Port coordination at origin and destination
  • Shipment tracking and updates
  • Insurance and risk management
06

Business Relationship

Long-Term Partnership

A completed transaction is the beginning, not the end. The objective of J & B Sons Group's trade process is to build reliable, long-term business relationships — not only individual transactions.

We follow up after delivery, gather feedback, and work to improve our service with each engagement. Repeat buyers benefit from established trust, smoother processes, and better commercial alignment over time.

Relationship building:
  • Post-delivery follow-up and feedback
  • Continuous improvement and service refinement
  • Priority handling for repeat buyers
  • Market intelligence and opportunity sharing
